Is there any more pirates of the caribbean books?
i know there is probably "curse of the black pearl", "dead man’s chest", and "at world’s end" but is there any more books that i guess sort of inspired them to make the movies?
The movie was originally on a ride at Disney. There are 12 books in the series.

yup but they take place before the trilogy but were written after the movies.
there are 2 series which i LOVE!
the first is about a teenaged jack sparrow:
Pirates of the caribbean: jack sparrow
there are 12 books
(and a bonus book called "pirates of the caribbean jack sparrow: the tale of billy turner and other stories")
there is also another series which takes place right before pirates 1
its about jack sparrow sailing the black pearl with his crew and barbossa as his first mate (its before the mutiny)
i am not sure how many books are in that series i think the author is still writing it. its called "pirates of the caribbean the legends of the brethern court)
both series are written by Rob Kidd and are both AWSOME
they probably have it at the library (thats how i read them)
